Professional Farmers College (PROFACO) is an institutional training and advisory hub dedicated to shifting traditional subsistence farming into structured, profitable commercial agribusiness enterprises in Ghana. Operating out of Accra, the college bridges the gap between academic agricultural credentials and practical, market-driven enterprise management.

Core Services & Programs PROFACO structures its professional farming business advisory services (PF-BAS) around targeted developmental tracks:

• Agricultural Graduates Employment Program (AGEP): Tailored specifically for holders of degrees, diplomas, and certificates in agriculture who want to transition from job seekers to commercial agribusiness owners and operators.

• Youth Employment in Professional Farming (YEPF): Designed to train young men and women in modern commercial farming systems, while partnering with local government structures and District Assemblies to organize sustainable youth employment frameworks.

• Turnkey Consultancy Services (PFTS): Comprehensive advisory packages built for companies, NGOs, religious institutions, schools, corporate executives, and diaspora or local investors seeking to establish and manage commercial farms successfully.

• Farm Business Improvement Services (PFFBIS): Focused on working with practicing farmers to audit operations, introduce modern technologies, scale up project components, and map out effective market linkages.

Market Impact By equipping fresh graduates, aspiring investors, and rural youth with actionable business plans, financial discipline, and technical crop-production skills, PROFACO addresses key barriers to entry in commercial agriculture, fostering sustainable food security and economic self-reliance across Ghana.
